    I take a limited number of orders at a time, because each board requires 48–72 hours of active production time across multiple days. Cutting the walnut, pouring the black resin, setting each figure by hand, sanding, finishing. It can't be rushed.

    Boards are actually hand built?

    Yes. Every board is crafted by hand, with the black resin poured and the MJ figure set piece by piece — giving each one its own unique detail and finish. No two are ever the same — the one you reserve is built from scratch, just for you.

    What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.

    How do I clean and care for my board?

    To keep your board looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth after each use and dry it right away — avoid soaking it or putting it in the dishwasher. We recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can cause the resin to fade over time. Every so often, rub a little food-safe mineral oil into the walnut to keep the wood nourished and looking sharp.

    Is it safe to cut food on it?

    Yes! The cutting surface is the natural wood in the center of the board. We recommend using the wood area for food prep and avoiding heavy cutting directly on the surrounding resin to help keep it looking its best.

    What does Pre-Order mean?
